Creating an in-house design studio.

In 2017 I started at WK Thomas as a product designer. I utilised the flexibility of the role and the vast building space to build WKT Studio, a creative space likened to a small design agency, informal with background music.

WKT Studio is a space for clients to realise their new added value packaging, product trends and to discuss with designers and give live briefs. We execute client work across the UK Bunzl group on behalf of other subsidiaries.

At the back I custom-built a three metre wide studio photography stand, a product archive for quick reference, streamlined our in-house capability to produce plain or printed samples using appropriate card-stock, digital pantone printer and Zund CNC cutting table.
